PAYMENTS
Payment can be made via the shopping cart. Perfect Little Treasures accepts credit cards though PayPal. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this method, however if you do, you are also given the choice of using your PayPal account.

Perfect Little Treasures also offer direct deposit which you can select as you check out.
You are also welcome to print your cart and post it to us with a cheque. Please remember to include the postage to the total amount on in your shopping cart as well as your delivery address.
Please note, your purchase will be shipped once payment has been cleared. If your email address is noted then Perfect Little Treasures will forward an email to inform you that your order has been sent.

 

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Items in stock and are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. If for some reason this is extended we will contact you.
Perfect Little Treasures delivery prices include postage, packing and handling. You will be notified about postage cost in the shopping cart. Your items will not me sent unless you pay the according amount.

 

INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately we only post to Australia only due to postage fees. However you can contact Perfect Little Treasures via email – perfectlittletreasures@outlook.com.au and we would be more than happy to assist with your enquiry.

 

UNAVAILABLE STOCK
Perfect Little Treasures will work hard to keep our products in stock; however this is not always possible.

If your item is not available after checkout due to circumstances beyond our control then we will contact you as soon as possible.

Any item marked out of stock and you would still like to purchase this item please contact us via email perfectlittletreasures@outlook.com.au or via our contact page and we will be more than happy to answer your query.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If for some reason you must cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made. CANDLES

Please supply all the information possibe for us to create your candle. You are more then welcome to email us all the information to perfectlittletreasures@outlook.com.au or personally message us through out FaceBook page www.facebook.com/perfectlittletreasures

Please be aware that it is not recommended but us to print on clear plastic as it can melt off. We use highly recommended paper to decorate our candles so that is may last a lot longer then plastic.

From time to time we will contact interested customers to advise of new products and/or specials and special events.  If you wish to be part of our list, please enter your details via our Contact Us Page. We will not bombard you with mail, we only will inform you of product information, events, newsletters and/or specials.
